Instructions:
Fill a tortilla with scrambled eggs, cheese, and salsa. Fold and cook in a pan until crispy on the outside and melted inside.

OL’ Timers Crawfish Boil with Chow Chow
- 35 Lbs Live Crawfish (approximately)
- 2 Crawfish Boil Bags
- 1 btl Liquid Boil
- 2-3 c Granule Crawfish Boil – depending how spicy you want it!
- 4-5 Big Onions quartered
- 4 Lemons cut in halves
- 2 16oz jars of Chow Chow
In order to use Crowd the Chow Chow with Crawfish just give that extra kick that extra boost extra flavor! Once you purge the Crawfish wash them real well, then once you get the water boiling dump crawfish in there and then follow with your seasonings and stuff… the onions 4 onions cut in ¼. Use like two bags of crawfish boil, about two to four cups of crawfish seasoning. Then cut about four lemons in half and then two jars of Chow Chow. Once the Chow Chow is dumped in there- that’s for 1 full bag of live crawfish. Get finished pulling the crawfish once they come to the top let them sit there for a couple of minutes from the bowl then turn off the heat or turn it down low and take a waterholes and run water hose to the bottom and turn it on that cold water making crawfish sink to suck up more of the juices and spices let them set for about 15-20 minutes then pull them out dump them into your ice chest and then repeat!
